PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER

Any person who attends a Volunteer Law Enforcement Officer Alliance (VLEOA) event (including in-person or recorded video-conference formats) grants permission to the VLEOA and any officers, directors, and advisors in their individual or association capacity to capture his or her visual image, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and events, articles (in electronic or printed format), the VLEOA website, book publications, and to promote the association and volunteer policing in general.

EVENT REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise noted, Event Fees are fully refundable if cancellation is received, by E-mail or letter, at least 45 days prior to the event. As we are making commitments on your behalf, there are no refunds available beyond that date.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

All participants should closely follow travel restrictions and safety protocols that are in place for COVID-19. VLEOA is not responsible for additional costs incurred by attendees or the inability to travel related to the Pandemic or for any other reason.

The VLEOA recommends that all attendees consider purchasing their own travel insurance.
